Himy is a very special boy with beautiful blue eyes.  He is "fluffy" not fat, but he IS a bit of a big boy at slightly over 13 pounds of purry love.   He should go to a home with no other cats or with another cat who is also FIV positive. 

Himy is a "special needs" kitty since he is FIV positive, but he has had absolutely no health issues during his 7+ months in foster care. As long as cats with FIV are not exposed to diseases that their immune system can't handle, they can live perfectly normal lives. Himy is a very calm relaxed sort of guy who isn't into vigorous exercise, but LOVES to stretch out on a soft blanket and be brushed, fussed over, and get his chin and back throughly scratched.  His soft long coat will require some brushing, but he doesn't really have big problems with matts in his fur so he should be an easycare cat with respect to grooming.  He LOVES to watch the birds!
