Domestic Short Hair / Calico / Mixed (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Baby Contact Penny's Caretaker/Foster Directly: Georgetta (aubrick@hotmail.com)
Penny and her sister Daisy were rescued just a couple of months ago by some very kind people in Ventura County who contacted Cats Cradle Rescue for assistance in finding them loving homes. They are still a bit shy, but are learning to love having regular meals, lots of toys, a ton of love, and a safe place to grow up. They are slowly coming out of their shells. Both sisters can be a bit shy until they get to know you, but they love toys and and tend to forget their shyness when they are focused on play. Penny was named after Penny Marshall because she like to talk (meow). She knows her name and will answer you when you call her. She’s a little shy but purrs when petted, she likes to play with toys and likes treats too! They will probably be shown for adoption at the Cats Cradle Rescue Adoption Center in Ventura on most weekends. If you have any questions please email adoptions@catscradlerescue.org. The Cats Cradle Rescue Adoption Center in Ventura (1954 E. Main St., corner of Main and Santa Cruz) will be open from noon to 4:30 p.m. (805-485-8811). Please feel free to call if you have questions. We are all-volunteer and non-profit so sometimes volunteers are unavailable to staff adoption events. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
