MyLo is a six year old, black and grey long hair domestic cat who was rescued him from the Camarillo Animal Shelter November 13, 2011. He was 4 months at the time, so he was born sometime in July 2011. He was neutered, vaccinated and microchipped at the shelter. MyLo is a very mellow and easy going cat. He has outgrown his rambunctious kitty phase and is ready to find his fur-ever home.

Adoption Center update:  MyLo is becoming our favorite foster!  He loves to come out and be petted by our volunteers and is very friendly to visitors.  He does have a tendency to want to explore so visitors need to be very careful to close our doors quickly... MyLo really wants to know who or what is beyond the door!!!

Very low maintenance, keeps to himself.

He has lived with children, a dog and another cat. Although non-aggressive he rather be in a home without other pets.

Well behaved, as long as his nails are trimmed regularly and he has a cat scratcher he will not scratch up furniture.

Great pet for someone who doesn’t have a whole lot of time to give.

As all cats do, and because he is a long hair he does get hairballs.

Overall very healthy

His left eye can be runny at times, he’s been seen and checked by multiple vets and they do not know the cause but confirm that he is in fact healthy.

In 2012 he underwent surgery for a kidney stone that he couldn’t pass on his own, no further complications or issues since then.

MyLo is our official Visitor Greeting Cat at our Cats Cradle Rescue Adoption Center next to our Thrift Store at 1954 E. Main St., Ventura. He especially loves to meet families with kids!  Adoption hours are 11-4:30.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
