Affectionate and peaceful describes Serena best.  Serena does a "happy dance" when you come home!  Then she will  purr, twist and turn, and make joyful "kitty feet," beckoning you to please come pet her.  She happily prances and rolls over, enticing you to share her love, all the while giving you loud "Purrrs" of joy, simply because YOU are there!   

Serena LOVES chin rubs! -- Her entire face smiles and she purrs even more.  She excitedly nudges or head-bumps you for all the pets and love you will give her.  You can see in her photo how she puts all her heart into her gleeful reaction to you simply for petting her or rubbing behind her ears!  Serena's enthusiasm for affection is irresistible.

Yet when you are busy, Serena is a perfectly polite and quiet, giving you whatever space you need.  She will happily sun herself in a comfy spot watching out the window, or perch on her cat tree watching you do your chores (as she dances her adorably ecstatic "happy dance" on her cat tree if you pause and pet her!) 

Serena has an exceptionally kind nature.  She is great with other cats, deferring to the others.  She also gets along well with the two small dogs in her foster home. 

Unfamiliar things can frighten Serena until she gets used to them, so she does prefer a less active home that is adult-only, and she will do best with a little time to adjust.  Then she truly sparkles with her amazingly affectionate nature and the adorable way she will entreat you to please come pet her and love her!  Serena is overjoyed with any love you give her! 

Sweet Serena is 3 years old, a Tuxedo Kitty with the cutest white button on her chin.  She is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and tested FeLV/FIV negative.  She is not a picky eater.  She has perfect litter box habits and she has been beautifully healthy.

Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption.  Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family.

Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal.  Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip.  We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food.
