Opal is a very sweet and lively kitten.  She was born around 6-14-10.  She loves to play with her sister Pearl and run and pounce on her and her other foster siblings.  She also loves watching the fish in our aquarium and jumping up to grab your ankle as you walk past her.

She has a slight neurological issue (cerebellar hyperplasia) that makes her a bit clumsy sometimes and she walks a little bit "funny" too.  She is very smart, and uses her litter box very well.  She is quite interested sniffing and checking out everything and everyone.  She has an amazing purrrrrr motor that starts every time you pick her up and she loves to be held and cuddled.  For more information on CH please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerebellar_hypoplasia_(non-human)  or http://www.marvistavet.com/html/body_cerebellar_hypoplasia.html
