Domestic Short Hair / Tabby (short coat) : : Male (not neutered) : : Baby : : Medium
Sudsy, born 8/23/24, was rescued thanks to a previous adopter. She spotted a momma cat (recognized from the previous rescue of a single kitten) near her place of work in Ventura, and followed her to a storage container. Two more kittens were soon spotted, popping their little heads out from under the container when momma came around. This amazing young lady knew just what to do, so she started feeding the little family to establish a pattern, and then contacted us for help. Within a couple of hours Sudsy and his brother Shami were safely in a trap. Momma eluded us for a couple more weeks but eventually trapped, fixed and released as she was fully feral. Full circle complete, kittens safe and no more babies for momma cat. Sudsy and Shami are now ready for their happy ever after. Sudsy is curious, very playful and really enjoys snuggle time. He gets along with all of his foster siblings and adult kitties in his foster home as well. He tolerates the resident puppy, but not a real fan of his high energy. May do well with older, calmer doggies. Sudsy will do best with a kitty playmate or a mom or dad that will have plenty of time for play and snuggles. Submit an application to meet this awesome kitty at our adoption center as soon as 11/30/24.
