Domestic Short Hair / Tabby / Mixed : : Female (spayed) : : Adult : : Large Contact Amber's Caretaker/Foster Directly: Georgetta (aubrick@hotmail.com)
Amber is a big picture of LOVE in a fat furry frame. She is about 6-7 years old according to our vet and as you can see... she needs to be on the CATkins diet for a while! We found her sealed up in a taped box without a note or even a label showing her name and left by someone a few weeks ago. She is super sweet, but needs a caring loving home, a bit of careful play-exercise, and managed meals to get back to her purrrfect weight for health. There are also more pictures of her on our Facebook page and Instagram (catscradlerescue1954). You can meet her in person on weekends at our Ventura Adoption Center next to the Cats Cradle Rescue Thrift Store. She loves people and attention, but we are unable to place her with a foster at this time since we are swamped with kittens right now. If you might be interested in fostering her (or some kittens!), stop by the Thrift Store or Adoption Center for more information! We also show cats and kittens for adoption 11-3:30 many Saturdays (and a few Sundays) at the Petco in Camarillo (Las Posas off ramp in the BevMo, Target Shopping center). Adoptable cats and kittens will be shown at our Adoption Center at Cats Cradle in Ventura (1954 E. Main Street, corner of Main and Santa Cruz) on most weekends from noon to 4:30. Adoption application is required and can be completed online at www.CatsCradleRescue.org or at either of our adoption venues.
Cats Cradle Rescue animals are spayed or neutered and have received at least one vaccination before they are placed up for adoption. Each animal lives in a foster home as part of the family. Cats Cradle Rescue requires an adoption application and contract with each animal. Our adoption fee covers Feline Leukemia and Feline Immuno Virus testing, first year's shots, spay/neuter and microchip. We also send you home with a collar, CCR tag and starter food. |
